A Memorable African Safari Afloat A Hot Air Balloon With Awesome Sights Of The Plains Full With Wildlife.
An African safari is not complete without taking a ride on a hot air-driven balloon.
In 1976, Alan Root and his spouse Joan- wildlife film producers, used a hot air balloon to take video clips of wildlife. It was quicker, to use the balloon to discover places where an auto was unable to reach, to film fantastic aerials of wildlife.

We take 90 degrees angle and below we notice the heads of giraffes through the canopy of acacia trees as they nibble the leaves, scarcely acknowledging us drifting in the air above.
After 1 hr adrift, the flight ends with a bouncy landing bringing us back to the ground. Next we crawl out of the carrier to a champagne breakfast. The magnificence is that this breakfast takes place in the wild, where ever you land, and it's cooked as you see with the burners that a short while before held you suspended in the air. What a way to commence our day!

If you're fortunate you will surge high above for the scene of a lifetime. " the captain offers.
After the end year rains, the vegetation is rich green as we drive back to our lodge viewing wildlife en-route. It is contrasting as these are the same grasslands which, in November, were golden, dried out and hash.
All of a sudden we run into a mother cheetah marking her tree, spraying it with urine. Finished, she checks our group and then makes a soft chirping sound as she makes her way through the grass. Maybe she is looking for her cubs.
The plains are packed with elephants, buffaloes, topi, wildebeests and other antelopes and the scene is just excellent.
